PREDICTION: HOME WIN
Mito HollyHock came from behind twice at home to Ventforet Kofu on Wednesday night in J2, their goals coming from Halef Pitbull and Kazuma Yamaguchi, who scored the 2-2 equaliser in the 91st minute. They have had an inconsistent season so far but were close to a home win in the week. A 1-0 defeat away at Albirex Niigata is their only loss in five matches as they slowly improve and get harder to beat. They will not reach the heights of last season but they look steady at home, at least.
Zweigen Kanazawa went down 1-0 at home to Omiya Ardija on Wednesday night in J2. They have won two of their last five, but Tochigi SC and ThespaKusatsu Gunma are not the teams that should be struggled against. The better teams have been beating Zweigen Kanazawa and they will struggle against any team with a reasonable game plan at the moment.
Two draws and a win in their last three home games for Mito HollyHock suggests another home win here, but all of Zweigen Kanazawa's three wins this season have been on the road, so it might not be all easy for the home team.
HEAD TO HEAD
In J2 matches between these two teams last season Mito HollyHock won at home and drew away.
