Match Time: 8/29/2020 17:00 Saturday（GMT+8）
For Vissel Kobe both Andres Iniesta and Thomas Vermaelen, they were also missing this last Wednesday against Kawasaki Frontale. There have been no updates on either but both should still be considered doubtful.
Doubtful: Andres Iniesta (unspecified), Thomas Vermaelen(unspecified),
MAIN PREDICTION: HOME WIN
Last weekend Vissel Kobe won 2-1 away at Urawa Reds. Then on Wednesday night they earned a 2-2 draw with Kawasaki Frontale but probably feel disappointed and should have won the game after spurning numerous chances. Their goals came from Daigo Nishi and Douglas. Their overall play was excellent and they did not miss their stars, with younger players and veterans alike showing their best form. This was very promising by Vissel Kobe.
Yokohama F.Marinos scored a comfortable 3-1 home win over Sanfrecce Hiroshima last weekend, before they took on Hokkaido Consadole Sapporo on Wednesday night and won comfortably again, this time 4-1 at home. Now that they have a full squad to choose from and have started winning games there will be less pressure on the team, but they are still leaving the usual gaps and are able to be pressured at the back when they are in possession of the ball, forcing errors.
If Vissel Kobe can continue the form they showed in midweek, and with rested players and home advantage to help, they should be able to win this one, with or without their star players – I would suggest they are able to play without them.
HEAD TO HEAD
In the league matches between these two teams last season Yokohama F.Marinos won both games.
